Our upstairs features a nine course tasting menu for $188. Our approach to cooking is reflective of the food we want to eat every day, and informed by our own unique experiences. The energy of New York, the quiet of the upstate farm, the perspective, techniques and flavors discovered through travel—even the freedom of a conceptual country: it’s all represented here, expressed through the freshest ingredients possible.
Our Downstairs space offers casual dining featuring a fun, seasonal, a-la-carte menu of wine-friendly cuisine using fresh, seasonal ingredients straight from our farm. Note that our menu changes often so if you have any specific questions, please reach out to us.

The wine program at One White Street is curated by our talented Wine Director, Tyler Potts. The focus of the program is small, family-owned wineries, in both classic and contemporary styles. With an emphasis on flavors that are complementary to the ingredients coming from Rigor Hill Farm and food on the plate, the program also reflects and celebrates the diversity of people behind the wines.
