Buttermilk Ranch

Ingredients

- Whole buttermilk - 140g | 2/3 c 

- Mayonnaise - 210g | 1 c

- Garlic powder - 2g | 1 tsp 

- Onion powder - 2g | 1 tsp 

- Black pepper - 2g | 1 tsp

- Cayenne - 2g | 1 tsp

- Tabasco - 2 splashes

- Lemon zest - 1g | half lemon

- Lime juice - 30g | half lime

- Dill - 4g | 1 tbsp

- Tarragon - 4g | 1 tbsp

- Mint - 4g | 1 tbsp

- Parsley - 4g | 1 tbs

- Chives - 4g | 1 tbsp

- Salt - 2g | 1\2 tsp 

Yield: ~1 pint

Process:

1. Hache (finely chop) all of your herbs 

2. Whisk mayonnaise and buttermilk together.

3. Whisk in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne, tabasco, lemon zest, & lime juice.

4. Fold in your herbs. 

5. Refrigerate for up to 1 week, but be sure to check the expiration date on the dairy products you used to ensure freshness.
