Ileene Cho attended The Culinary Institute of America in upstate New York where she interned at The Bazaar by José Andrés. Upon graduation, she began her career in New York at restaurants including The Nomad Hotel, Betony and L’Appart. Ileene later received a scholarship from Ment’or BKB to move to Paris to work at the famed Le Meurice under Chef Cedric Grolet. She returned to New York and joined the team at Goodman’s Bar at Bergdorf Goodman. During the pandemic, Ileene made bespoke cakes as well as dog treats. She is excited to be part of the One White Street team.
