A native New Yorker, Grace's culinary career has been inspired by her grandmother and she credits her with her passion for cooking. While studying at The Culinary Institute of America, she externed at Le Bernardin in NYC and shortly after, graduated into a world of exploration. She joined Chef Daniel's Humm kitchen at The Nomad in NYC and then moved to California to join Chef Thomas Keller's team at The French Laundry. It was at TFL that she won the 2018-2019 Ment'or BKB's grant program giving her the opportunity to spend some time at Osteria Francescana in Italy with Chef Massimo Bottura. Shortly after, she ventured out to learn more at Frantzén in Sweden with Chef Bjorn Frantzén. She is now excited to be back home in NYC and continue to learn and share all that's out there with the One White Street team and the neighborhood.
