Originally from NYC and New Jersey, Cole joined the One White Street team in June of 2023. After spending three years working in a kitchen at UMass Amherst, and a few years working in the communications industry, Cole leans on his past experiences to ensure the hospitality at One White Street is consistently living up to the ideals of the Nutopian Embassy. Leading our guest experience and events teams, Cole strives to establish the restaurant as the go-to spot for farm-fresh & seasonal fare for our guests in TriBeCa and across the country.

While not at the restaurant, you can find Cole taking photographs of nature, watching Arsenal FC and the Commanders play, or on his constant search for the best galbi in the city.
