Alfred Giangrande

Dining Room Manager

Alfred is the Dining Room Manager at One White Street, and the passion he brings to the position and our team is invaluable. Growing up in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, Alfred started working in hospitality at age 14. From prep cook to line cook to bread baker. From there, he furthered his education at The Culinary Institute of America, which is where he found his love for the dining room. Upon graduating in 2015, he moved to NYC and started his career working at restaurants like Betony and The Nomad and eventually found his way to One White Street (and we're so glad he did).⁠

When Alfred isn't guiding our staff, greeting our guests, or working alongside the team in the dining room, you can find him at Prospect Park with friends, enjoying the sunshine or listening to his favorite music.
